A rugged and simple device to remove Model 0215L Soil Sampling Tubes after inserting into the soil. The lever arm action allows for easy extraction of soil tube hammered into the soil. More convienent and faster extraction provided by the Puller Jack than Drop Hammer extraction methods. Comes complete with stand and jaws.
